OK, when they begin chlorinating the water (because of so many violations) they WILL have to test it just as often as before. The chlorination will provide some protection when the water has issues, thus the reason to chlorinate. Now my opinion as to why some commissioners protect Mr. Bippus. First, 3 of them are his close friends, Rowdy Keith, Daryl Grifith and Ken Cochran. Plus they simply don't want to deal with the heat caused by water problems, Keep it quiet and there is less public outcry.
Now as to who Mr. Bippus is protecting? It would be Jim Rozeboom who is now head over Department of Public service, Department of Waste Water,Head of Airport and Head of the Cemetery. There use to be 4 men doing these jobs, one over each department. Now why would one man be head of so many departments. One reason, He will not give Mr. Bippus a hard time over ANYTHING. He is in Joe's corner ALL the way. The ultimate puppet. Thus Joe wants to protect him to keep control and have less personal headaches. Not effective at all but much less headaches. The problem is, we the people are paying the price. Remember the broken mains issue and the 8 day boil water notice. Examples of just how effective one man can be over 4 department. This has to change BUT it won't until YOU speak up and demand a change.
But of course and as always this is only my opinion |

It is also my opinion. Thanks for expressing it. I perceive the the Dept. of Public Service as being managed by technical incompetence. and, thereby that is what the City receives, as an excuse. Excuses!

Personally we need to boil the s*** out of city hall and not our drinking water. The biggest turds to be boiled out would be the city manager, city attorney, some of the commissioners and department heads who keep the biggest turd afloat at city hall. Thank you it is only my opinion.

The City of Three Rivers is adding chlorine to the water supply as a precautionary measure after having a positive bacteriological sample taken at the Department of Public Services (DPS) building on South Lincoln Avenue on Tuesday (September 8th) for total coliform bacteria.
Government is too big and too important to be left to the politicians. |

interesting that every time there is a positive bacteriological test it comes with no explanation. It just happened ???? No reason ???? Not even a possible cause.
There is a elephant in the room but we dont know how it got there, it just snuck in ??????
Mr. Mayor is it possible that when there is an issue with our water you could force Mr. Rozeboom and the city manager to give a complete and in depth, totally transparent answer as to why??? This is our drinking water! The same water our babies drink! We deserve an answer! A complete and transparent answer, not some vague, incomplete, deceptive response from Mr. Rozeboom who is over 4 departments and having major problems with all of them!

You can't handle the truth Blaine! This is why Joe and Jim are not going to tell us. Incompetence is the real truth but when someone has his head so far up some one's rear. Now that person has to protect his rear and the feet that are dangling from it.

continued incompetence by public works and its director, and indifference by the City Manager and the Commissioners. No?

The problem here is magic. Magic caused the positive test not incompetence. It's like the elephant in the room, it got there by magic. We need to place the real blame firmly on the culprits shoulders SO because it certainly could not be Jim Rozeboom or Joe Bippus, lets all agree, it must be magic. I see no other explanation, no other possibility.

We could do like they did in Salem Mass. way back when. If they float they were a witch and if they drown they were innocent.

Ever wonder way the bad samples always seem to come from the DPS? Could it be the extra "crap" from the way the employees are treated? just wondering. |

IF THEY WERE EMPLOYEES I would agree with you BUT come on now, remember, these are subjects with a responsibility to care for the KING and HIS Loyal servants. Why would one consider the treatment and feelings of a subject, they are there for one reason, to do the Masters bidding and ANYONE straying from that principal should be flogged. I'm really tired of employees having opinions. There is only one opinion that matters in these situations, and that's the King! To confuse these issues with concerns for others, servants or employees, what ever you want to call them is simply useless! Servants need to spend their time learning the proper way to bow !!! |
